Canyon was given a graduation gift from his Uncle Jason of SCUBA lessons, and ended up having a great time diving in Monterey Bay. He was especially impressed with the huge starfish he saw, and getting to swim with a baby octopus.
Brooke did a fantastic job at the National baton twirling competition in Savannah Georgia! She now is officially the number one beginner in 1, 2, and 3 batons for 15 year olds! She took a 3rd and 2 4ths in the Intermediate category, and she did a very respectable job in the Advanced category and International Cup tryouts. Her team qualified for International Cup with a no drop from Brooke! They also won a first place. She worked very hard all year, and deserved the great week she had.
