Brooke had a good week of twirling at Nationals in Tucson, AZ. Her team got a National 1st place! Quite exciting! She did a no drop routine for her small team which won a National 2nd place! She made a good effort at the advanced individual events. She got 2nd places in both beginner 14 yr. old 2 baton and solo baton!! She also did well in intermediate 14 yr. old, 2 baton, taking 3rd place, and intermediate solo, taking 5th place. On the podium in all events! YEA! It was also fun to watch all the top twirlers. We also took some time one day to drive out to the Saguaro National Park and saw 1000's of big beautiful cactus. Very cool!
